Grace is an International Recruitment Consultant and English Language Teacher. She specialises in EMEA and APAC recruitment and a member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals since 2005. Grace successfully completed an intensive TEFL training by the TEFL Academy, attended IELTS Train the Trainer programme in Edinburgh and OET Teacher Training in London by OET - Cambridge Boxhill. She is the Lead Trainer for our English language courses delivered in the UK and online.

She has facilitated various in-house company training, coaching and mentoring.

Almost 25 years of career experience. Rob started his career with an automation company, progressing from apprentice to software designer. Fifteen years within the Oil and Gas sector progressing from service engineer working onshore and offshore globally to office-based Technical Support Engineer and Customer Support Manager.

Rob brings his expertise to ensure that SGR runs with proper guidance on documentation and best working practices. He is also responsible for automating processes to assist the smooth running of our training courses and recruitment campaigns.

Tess is a CELTA certified teacher, UK certified IELTS and ESL trainer. She received an MBA from the Dundee Business School of the University of Abertay, Dundee, UK. She is the Lead Trainer for our English language courses delivered in the Philippines and Asia Pacific. 

She previously worked for the IELTS and Education Programme teams of British Council (Philippines), served as a Training and Competency Advisor for Capita (UK), Trainer for Expedia.com (US), and has taught subject matter courses for the Development Academy of the Philippines (DAP) and STI College (Philippines).
